Corrosion Resistance (Chemical Resistance) PPH is a non-polar plastic with stable chemical properties. Except for organic compounds that soften or swell it, most chemical media can be stored in it.

Heat Resistance PPH has a softening temperature of 150°C and can be safely used for long periods at 100°C. HDPE has a softening temperature of 100°C and can be safely used for long periods at 60°C.

Excellent Welding Performance Products of the same material can be welded using various methods, with a welding coefficient of up to 0.9 or higher. The welding quality is excellent, and the weld strength is essentially the same as the base material.
Long Service Life With proper use, the service life can exceed 20 years; even under harsh conditions, it can be guaranteed for over 10 years.
Non-toxic, hygienic, and environmentally friendly, suitable for storing food substances, and the material is recyclable.

PPH storage tanks, specifically vertical storage tanks, are plastic tanks made from processed PPH granular material. The cylinder of a PPH storage tank is manufactured through an extrusion winding process using PPH granular material, resulting in a seamless, one-piece formation without welding. In contrast, PP storage tanks are made by welding polypropylene plates. In terms of corrosion resistance, PP vertical storage tanks and PPH vertical storage tanks are quite similar. However, in terms of safety, PPH storage tanks are integrally molded without welding, preventing leakage, whereas PP storage tanks are welded and prone to leakage, increasing safety risks. Additionally, there are significant differences in other properties, such as aging resistance.
